I’m in it with you.
Or I’m not in it at all.
My north star is simple. Work and spend time with people who inspire me. High quality, high ambition, high vibes. Everything else follows from that.
I'm casual and down to earth, but don't mistake that for lack of intensity. When I catch a wave of inspiration in a room, things move. I listen first, really listen, because understanding what you actually need is more valuable than arriving with a pre-packaged answer. Then I'll push hard, bring a different perspective, ask the uncomfortable questions, and say the things that might be difficult to hear. All of it comes from a place of truth, authenticity, and genuine care about the outcome.
I'm a problem solver with a different angle. Not contrarian for the sake of it, just not stuck in the same thinking that got you to where you already are. I bring ideas that come from 20 years of being inside culture, technology, music, and community, connecting dots that don't obviously belong together and finding the value in the gaps others walk past.
Values
Respect
for the work, the people, and the process. Non-negotiable.
Truth
I'll tell you what I actually think, even when it's uncomfortable.
Integrity
no complacency. No half measures. No pretending something's good when it isn't.
Ambition
not the cliche kind. The real kind, where you actually push until something great exists.
Not for you if...
You want safe, predictable ideas. You're not open to having your thinking challenged. You need someone who tells you what you want to hear. Or you're not genuinely committed to doing something worth caring about.
I'm also pretty alternative, and that's intentional. My background, my perspective, and the way I move through the world isn't conventional. For the right person that's an asset. For the wrong person it's a mismatch. Either way, better to know upfront.
If you're building something interesting and think there might be something in working together, I'd love to hear about it. No pitch needed, just tell me what you're working on.
